Edwin Fesche (1904 - 2003) was born in London, England. He grew up in Sussex and went into the British Merchant Marines at 14. At 20 he joined the US Army. While in the service, he joined the New Testament Pocket League. In 1925 he went to the Philadelphia School of the Bible. During World War II he and his wife Garland moved to Baltimore, Maryland and went to Arunah Avenue Gospel Hall, which turned into Loch Hill Chapel. During these years he taught Bible History at Baltimore School of the Bible, and did various open air ministry.

For many years he ministered in the summer at Greenwood Hills Camp, Deerfoot Lodge Bible Camp, and Pinewood Bible Camp. In 1973 they moved to Westminster. He loved doing errands and visiting the sick. He also wrote for Choice Gleanings Calendar.
